Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Howyin Logistics account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion
  1. Send an email to support@howyinlogistics.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete My Account".
  2. Include your full name, registered email, registered mobile number, and your role (Regional Manager, Agent, or Delivery Man/Rider) so we can verify your identity.
  3. We will verify your request and delete your account, usually within 7 business days, and confirm by email.
What gets deleted

Upon verification we delete your profile and personal information (name, email, mobile, address, uploaded documents such as ID/license/photo, and your login credentials).

What may be retained

We may retain certain records where we are legally or operationally required to — for example parcel/delivery and financial transaction records (including cash-on-delivery and commission history) needed for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes. Such records are retained only as long as required by law and are then deleted.
