Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Howyin Logistics mobile application operated by Howyin Logistics. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility & accounts
  • The app is for authorized Howyin staff: Regional Managers, Agents, and Delivery Men/Riders.
  • Registrations are reviewed and must be approved by an administrator before you can sign in.
  • Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and sign in only under the role that matches your account.
Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, submit false documents, impersonate others, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Roles & responsibilities

Riders accept and deliver parcels, update status truthfully, and remit cash-on-delivery per Howyin procedures. Agents manage riders and assign parcels. Regional Managers oversee agents, riders, and parcels in their region.

Location & notifications

Delivery features require device location (including during active deliveries) for tracking. The app may send operational notifications; some features may not work without these permissions.

Payments & commissions

Commissions, balances, and payment records shown in the app are informational and subject to Howyin reconciliation; raise discrepancies through Support.

Intellectual property

The app and its content are owned by Howyin. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use it for your work with Howyin.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or end of your engagement with Howyin.

Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Howyin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
